Can I stop the weightlifting, start muay thai and keep my gains?
I know I'll have to eat more because I'll be doing more cardio stuff, but what else can I do? Maybe calisthenics will help?
I can't do both (fight and gym) because I have no money.

In my experience, I lost a few pounds but I also got really good muscle endurance, but it depends much more on how you train and such, finding a gym with a weight room is ideal.

Yeah, that's what I dream of, but I'm very short on money, I'll see what I can do.
No. Every year in wrestling in HS I lost gains during the season. They came back kinda fast in off season, and I cut weight in season so that probably impacted it. My worst loss was 55 lbs from my deadlift, but keep in mind I went months without touching a weight other than pushups and other people's body weight.

I do think muay thai would be more beneficial in general, and you'll be cut as hell despite shedding some weight

I'm just afraid of being a skelly again, I think it's more of a diet thing than training maybe.
No you will lose most of your muscle because Muay thai is mostly cardio and muscular endurance. You can look skinny ripped but you will lose strength. Do both.

For some months I might not be able to pay for both.
Muay Thai will be tuesday and thursday.
I'm thinking about doing leg stuff with bodywheight on mondays, pushups and dips on wed and pullups/chinups on fridays.

What do you think those bodyweight exercises will accomplish?
Fuck paying some niggas 100+ a month for some fighting style. Just do compounds for strength/mass and do endurance/conditioning on the side, just box by yourself if you really msut

I will fight a person next month, a person that doesn't know how to fight and I want to be superior in every way, not only size.
I just remembered I got some 10kg dumbbells, maybe I can fool around with them for a while focusing on high reps.
