Only way to make delts 'pop' is steroids + shoulder isolations x 1000. Shoulders cannot be widened but better posture and a bigger, stronger upper back and shoulders will enhance their overall aesthetics.

also swimming doesn't make your shoulders bigger. People will big wingspans are naturally better swimmers so you see them more. Causality, bitch

Would causing yourself superficial injuries increase your energy expenditure? In effect could you help speed up a cut by actually cutting?

Yes, absolutely. It's actually a nifty trick classic bodybuilders used to do, but it was banned due to health concerns. They also kept it on the hush-hush to save some face.

Make sure you cut long ways across your forearm from the wrist to avoid severing any minor arteries. You might feel light headed, and even sleepy. Those are just signs that it's working. Good luck anon!

Srs answer, I agree with other anon, old school bodybuilders used to do it, that's why their waists were so much better than today's Olympia guys. Personally I'd recommend inner thigh than inner forearm though, people ask silly questions because they don't understand your dedication if they see inner arm. Trust me on the inner thigh though, better results and no gains goblins trying to tell you to stop

Any natural lifter knows bulking is necessary to make gains. Yes that includes fat. I put on 20lb, 10 of that is muscle. You put on nothing and that's why you still bench 185.

You realize that if count the days by bi-weekly frequency, most beginners ppl are pretty much the same shit as SS/SL/GSLP with a few accessories for arms and shit, huh...

I get around 3 hours of sleep a night /fit/, is this enough to make gains? I'm 26 if that makes any difference

I seen the PowerliftingtoWin video about nutrition and I will try to lose around 0.5-0.8 % of bw per week till I reach around 80 kg. How do I keep my hard earned gains? What program do I run? I sleep between 7.5-8.5 hours a day if it means anything.
