I'm 5'10 165, and I'm looking to lose some bf% without compromising my lifts too much. I've heard Y-hcl is unreal, and that it gets you shredded and turns your cock into a obsidian rod of fuck. But I live in Canada and it's very difficult for us to get it up here.

Is ephedrine similar? Will it have a similar effect? It's a lot easier to get ephedrine up here, should I just run an EC stack?

Hello there, I'm 25 years and have about a month to lose lots of fat.

I'm 5'7 and weigh 165 pounds with 23% bodyfat. I have a month to get to 155 pounds with maximum of 18% bodyfat. What's the best way to achieve this: calorie restriction with no exercise or calorie restriction with exercise?

Also, what kind of diet/exercise should I be doing?

Stop trying to do shortcut with the fastest way.
Te fastest way is to not eat at all. But thats stupid.

The most effective way is to diet+lifting.
Lifting will let you keep what you have of muscle isntead of losing that too. Which you would do with diet only.
Do a 500kcal deficit diet. When you stall you do another 200kcals deficit.

If you start with too much then you got nowhere to go when you stall.
Eat lots of vegetables, and protein rich food. fruits are good too. The best way is to count calories or else your just swinging blindly and hope that youll hit.
WOK, vegetable soupe and similare foods are dirt cheap to make, easy to cook and can be made delicious with little or no skill.

Would side extensions and Oblique twists maybe cut some fat off the hip side abdomen section? Or would it add muscle and fill out that area to lessen the wide hips

How the fuck do I prevent this nigger pain from happening? I want to train running hard but every time no matter how gradually I increase the training, I get shin splints and I pretty much have to take anything from two weeks to a month rest

Google how to barefoot run. You can do it in regular shoes, but nodrop/minimal footware will help get the correct stride down.

Basically: don't push off with your feet, lift up from the quads and fall forward onto the ball of your foot. Use your calves as a spring upon contact. When you the ball of your foot makes contact, the rest of the foot follows.
