i agree, you body has no defition, if you lost more weight you will look like a marathon runner.... so back to your advice...


limit cal intake to roughtly 600-1000 cals a day, if your going to drink lost of water make sure you have MORE CARDIO.... also just jogg 13 miles a day... thats it really.

Hey /fit/ I was 237 lbs and now I'm down to 230, but I feel like I'm plateaued, regularly go to the gym and burn around 500 calories on eliptical and I'm eating less then 2000 calories a day, any suggestions? Should I get less or am I not losing weight because I'm not chancing up more workout?

If you're not losing weight, eat less. Don't focus on burning more off, focus on taking less in.

People tend to overestimate the number of calories they burn, and underestimate the number they eat.

this, i bet youre drastically underestimating what youre eating. Also, dont look too closely at what the eliptical tells you. Every cardio machine is way different, and ive found that some are just plain wrong in how they track calories burned.
what are your stats? height weight age gender
How many days are you working out?
how long are you at the gym on average?
whats your daily life like? do you sit at a desk all day?

It's probably way less than that. The machine has no way of knowing exactly how many calories your body is burning and should be taken with a huge grain of salt.

You need to actually count them if you want results, assuming you aren't already. Pick a number like 1500 or 1800 and count how many calories are in every single thing you eat or drink, every single day. This is much more important than exercise for losing weight. At 1500 I bet you would be dropping multiple pounds per week.

My wife had sciatica problems. She got over it with regular visits to a chiropractor and regular sets on a reverse hyper machine.
It comes back from time to time, but if she does yoga, it stays away.

I decided to take ZMA after some research and I bought 2 bottles of supplements. Zinc (22 mg per tablet) and Magnesium + B6 (133.3 mg / 8.3 mg per tablet)

When I compare this to other ZMA supplements Zinc and B6 seem okay but Mg seems way too low. Should I take 2 of em a day or is 133.3 mg enough? Thanks.

the real answer would be to do general strength training like rip teaches. powerlifting is very focused on lifting as much weight as possible in the competitive exercises
