Anyways... do I need to drink V8 on DNP? I'm already taking Vitamin C&E, Pyruvate, and Magnesium along with a multivitamin. The last cycle I ran, I drank a lot of V8 too since somebody told me I should, but... I really don't see why I need that if I'm already taking all those other supps.
Rule #1 of cutting is to ditch the liquid calories, so I'd prefer not to drink the juice.
Speaking of liquid calories: Alcohol and DNP? My buddy's got a birthday this weekend, I promised him I'd go out partying with him Saturday night. I can't exactly just not drink at all while he's getting shit-faced, but I'm a little worried especially since I've been natty-cutting before this so my alcohol tolerance is probably low since aside from new years I haven't had anything to drink in the last couple months.
Anything I should do for the drinking Saturday? I'm guessing a full stomach could help, any particular foods though to help neutralize the alcohol (meat? Fats? Fiber?). Should I take additional supps for Saturday?

My outlook and life is starting to get darker by the day. I'm only 19. Things seemed to get better but I relapsed and I'm starting to feel like shit. In a different way too, like I'm about to just tear apart. It got sorta ok after my mom died and I tried to improve but now I don't even have family, or my mom asking how things are going. I just sit here alone by myself every fucking day and I'm realizing now that I just got left that nothing will change.
Also I try and do some form of legs everyday, but alternate the parts. What's the best way to split this up in 4 days, if I work 3, get off 1, and then work 1 day before taking 2 off? I used to do something like power cleans with dumbell verts, deadlift and bulgarian squats, front squats and dumbell snatch, and then squats with hang cleans. Some days I would only do the main leg, especially because dumbell verticals seemed to fuck with my shoulders past 50lbs.
