i agree, you body has no defition, if you lost more weight you will look like a marathon runner.... so back to your advice...
limit cal intake to roughtly 600-1000 cals a day, if your going to drink lost of water make sure you have MORE CARDIO.... also just jogg 13 miles a day... thats it really.
