Counting calories is for cucks and noobs. After your cut start adding food to your diet until you are putting on 0.5kg a week if you are putting on too much weight then cut the amount you eat and if you aren't putting on enough then add some.

I prob didn't eat 1kg of veggies all January.
I can never find good quality veggies anywhere, hard to even find decent fruits, so I tend to rely on tinned fruits like pineapple

if you think you're going to go into ketosis with such high carb + protein and such low fat then think again, keto should be 5% of your kcal in net carbs, 25-35% in protein and the rest from fat, eating too much protein can easily kick you out of it since it also produces an insulin response (albeit lower than carbs)
Fasting, and excercising while fasted will make transitioning into keto faster. Eat lots of spinach if you want to keep cramps at minimum. Don't put too much salt on them or it will be useless, get your sodium in other meals.
