OK anons, so here's the deal.
This is my first time in /fit/, and I've read the guide and searched the catalog, found nothing on the subject so far. I've tried googling it and everything, but chan never fails me, so I came here seeking help.
I'm a lazy skinny fat, 24y/o, 6,17ft, 194lb, that did some shit in the past (sports and martial arts) and, since got a girlfriend and started college, got some fat. Now, I'm out of a 5 year long relation with an overweighted body, meaning I'm even more unatractive than I was in adolescence. I need to get in shape again.
But here's where the shit comes in: I actually do fucking study and work, meaning I have only 2-3 hours per night to try doing something and still lead some social life. So, I can't waste time in a gym and I'm a poorfag from another country (which explains the shitty english), to get worse, so I can't spend lots of money with equipment.
TL;DR, just this topic matters: is there an full-body, no equipment workout that actually works in every needed muscle? If it exists, can I get an actual routine to work everyday and get in shape while losing weight?

You can do a full body workout at the gym in 1 hour, 2-3 times a week. Its very little time. If you cant afford it thats fine, but its less than optimal.

Sort your priorities out m80. If you want to seriously get in shape, you need to commit time to a gym. Even an hour every other day will be enough at your beginner level. If you don't 'have time' in the evenings, get up earlier.
If depends on whether you're truly serious about doing it, and I don't think you are.
Does anyone have experiences with snapping your shit? I may have a disc bulge/herniation and I thought I should do some active recovery assistance exercises. I have already went to a doctor but it was little help. My hamstrings have gotten extremely tight in the last week and I can't hip hinge for shit. I also get mad leg pain when I put on my socks or other simple maneuvers.

Tip and tricks for trensomnia and tren-anxiety?
Running 100mg of tren Ace eod with 600mg of test E a week and 60mg of dbol, the trensomnia is killing me, and the anxiety is even worse.
Gainz are too good to stop but I don't know if I can handle another few weeks, sometimes it's so bad I miss a gym day just because I sleep through the day or I'm stressed af.
I know for sure its the tren because I usually run anadrol, dbol and test and feel amazing, still feel like a god but I can't lay down on my bed without being uncomfortably aware of my heartbeat (which is just my form of anxiety).
Made me gain 20lbs of lean mass in 2 weeks though.

It was a mix of a lot of things
I just recovered from a hernia surgery, and I was fully off cycle.
So it was a bit of water weight, mixed with muscle memory and high quality gear. taking out the estimated water weight its about 20lbs of lean mass. Just gotta eat hella and the roids/training does the rest.
Gf been training ass everyday for past 1.5 years and this is all she achieved. Obv bad genetics.
Any tips on how to bring out dat ass?

I had to stop squatting because bad knee, got the message yesterday that I have to stop deadlifting. So now it's just OHP and bench of the big lifts left... Can it be made with just those two compounds?
