Every time you finish showering look down on your hands and you will see that the topmost dead layers of callus are peeling easily. Peel them regularly and they will never get too big to rip with the underlying layers of live skin, while still maintaining the grip and protection they provide.

People hate front squats?

I've never seen this, I've only seen people mock the lift when someone claims that they are so significantly superior to standard squats, or that they are cooler because they are related to oly lifts, or when its crossfitters using the lift because it makes them look cool and contrarian.

Front squats are top tier but the people who shill them tend to be cancer.

The hate is because the vast majority of fuccbois who front squat do it because its a way to avoid doing back squats.

They are a good ASSISTANCE exercise to the back squat. Not a replacement.

Am i reacting badly to the oil?

Since recently when I inject the spot gets all swollen, hard and I get flu like symptoms a few days later that lasts like 2-3 days. Feeling weak and feverish. I cant even sleep properly when that happens

Plan on going to japland last week of August for 12 days but I was planning on on doing a blast and cruise with 400mg of test e a week and 20mg of sdrol for the first 4 weeks and then 20 to 30 mg of epi later I'm may and then cruising on 250mg after wards. I'm going to try and find test u before I go to japland bit if I can't find it should I just front load 500mg of test e before I leave or cycle off a month before I depart and start back up when I get back?
