I don't really have access to a gym near me. Closest one is an hour away. I do pushups/situps and run every other day. Not really sure what to do. I've got 20, 35, and 45 pound dumbells, if I can do anything with those. Hardly able to curl 35s more than a couple times. I've read that deadlifts and excercises that work out large portions of your body are better if you're a hardgainer, but how do I do anything with just dumbells.

It is a great solution if you're restricted to working out at home and only have a pair of adjustable dumbbells. Doing legs with DBs sucks of course: lunges, single-leg stiff deads etc. are all annoying as fuck.
