I have a weak version of gyno, the only noticeable thing is i have puffy nips (but they arent too big). The thing is it makes me look like shit in fit t-shirts. Will it look decent if i bulk up my chest a lot more?

Baby steps anon. If you train the kid, it's likely the mother will cut you out completely and his only role model will be gone. How is your relationship with your uncle? See if you can pitch the idea to him, talk about the benefits and try to get him on board. Do the same with your cousin. When everyone agrees, take them to see your aunt. It'll be far harder for her to disagree.

I have no idea. I have long ass femurs (22") so squatting should be that much harder for me. I squat to about 3-4 inches above parallel (as deep as I can go without my back arching all over the place). I have really long arms so deadlifting should supposedly be easier for me.

I've got nothing against low bar, but it shouldn't be used as a main squat variation in training imo.
High bar is better for leg development. You can switch to low bar few months before a meet and use it for manifesting your strength.

I want to pay for 1:1 PT sessions because I'm a complete beginner and really feel like I could use some help when it comes to proper form, routine etc.
Only problem is, every single freelancer PT with good reviews has their facebook or website filled with selfies he takes with customers. I know I can just say "no" in theory if the PT tries to take a selfie with me during a session but would that be considered rude?
