Pretty much the only thing I could do is ab shit, pullups, and pushups. Maybe hand stand pushups. It's fucking useless, disproportionate and hard to progress in. Lifting weights I just need to add 5lbs to progress, in califucknics I need to somehow do 15 more reps or whatever shit

I've been training for a year now and a 10 minute mile is still my best without getting my heart to dangerous levels. If I go anymore or faster than that my Hr gets to 192 and I get dizzy. All the doctors say is I'm "out of shape" lol.
