Please can someone give me some kind of simple healthy bulking mealplan I can make and eat every single day to fix my godawful diet? I often forget to eat for an entire day, and then eat 2 whole pizzas the next day to make up for it, which can't be fucking good for me.

Of course it's like 25g/Carb so I have to make sure I eat a little lower on carbs. Either way if you can work it into the plan, do it, it will help with the cravings.
