Hey /fit/ considering getting a job bouncing in a bar while in school
Has /fit/ have any experience in that line of work
>>40427060
Depends on the kind of bar you're bouncing for, and where. If you're bouncing at an Irish bar in the middle of South Boston then you're probably gonna get into a bunch of fights. If you're working at a little college bar, the cops will mostly take care of any trouble and it's pretty easy.

youll do more cleaning and bitch work than dealing with drunken assholes
that said youll be dealing with a ton of drunken assholes so have fun m80
didnt work as a bouncer but I spent piratically every day in the local pub for about 3 years
Hey bro, I have bounced at a variety of different bars from the age of 19 till the age of 26. I have tons of experience and tons of info if youre interested.
If you have any martial arts training it will help tremendously. I was a collegiate wrestler and it really let me man handle guys bigger than me.
You will end up cleaning up puke very regularly. Depending on where you work, youll have to deal with drugs and drug dealers. Coke heads are my least favourite cause of how twitchy and aggressive they can be. Drunks are less of an issue.
You will learn to read body language really, really well. Also, you will score with a lot of girls. I started off as an autistic sperg lord, ended up with me getting sucked off by random bar skanks and fucking them in the back room. This was a major bonus.
Oh, the servers and bartenders will mostly be alcoholics and/or have drug problems. Dont fuck the girls you work with, shit gets awkward and dramatic fast. Let me k ow of you have other questions.
Questions from a fat fag
I've gone from 94kg to 80kg. Feels good. Started diversifying my workout. Here are some questions
1. Squatting, I have the form right but I have unusual discomfort doing them? Also strange noises from my knees? I started taking fish oil. Tips? Help?
2. I'm upto benching 70kg, how should i approach a higher weight without injuring myself? Often at times I am not sure if I am positioned right on the bench, sometimes reps I do feel off, large strain on joints? Should I be less with more reps?
3. Situps, always having back pain doing these.
There's a bench where you hook your legs up and you lay at a slightly 20 degree angle below horizontal, more comfy but still I get pains and aches?
4. Skin on my face is oily as fuck. Been eating many apples and healthy foods although it's still very dirty, I'm often changing sheets, sleeping on towels, wiping the dirt off with toilet paper. Still my pores are all fucked up and I'm getting small cysts frequently that leave scars.
I'm 21 years old non smoker. Although my skin isn't that great because my dad was in Vietnam.
Should I see Doktor?
Help me you fit pieces of muscular shit

>1. Squatting, I have the form right but I have unusual discomfort doing them? Also strange noises from my knees? I started taking fish oil. Tips? Help?
Is your form good? Then don't worry. Squats are like that. As long as it doesn't hurt you should be okay. Squat twice a week. Not three times.
>2
That weight won't hurt you if you fail. Or you could bench in a power rack.
>3
Don't do sit ups.

Wash your face with soap in the shower. Shower every day.

I love situps, but what's a substitute for them?
sebaceous cysts resemble what I'm getting. Mostly no heads. painful.
I do shower every day, I'm taking vitamins, I was my face with a hot rag often. I am unsure on if I should buy a product to help or go doctor?
>Got a sore throat yesterday
>Energy levels at like 75%
>Slept all day today though
>Drinking coffee right now
Should I lift? Or sleep some more and lift tomorrow?
Fit?
>>40426846
swim or go for a run
>>40427000
nah, i'd rather lift if anything.
Can you please recommend me a good sport/smartwatch under 100 euros?
It has to be waterproof, it has to have activitymonitor (steps, distance, calories), sleepmonitor, time and date. Would not prefer a watch which has the call and message notificator.
You can also use the following links to the other websites that I have been using it for a while and I am not sure if you have a good idea of what you are looking for in the future and the other side of the house and the other side of the house and the other side of the house and the other side of the house.

What are the fags in that gif doing?
Wrestling looks like more of a fag fest then anything else.
Let's talk alcoholism, /fit/. I want to lose weight, have been going to the gym every day for 5 days now and I've been eating really well. Buuuut I've been drinking still.
So, because I don't know anything about nutrition I need your help. Is there anything wrong with pic related? Or can i keep this lifestyle and lose weight still, maybe even get fit?
No, stop drinking so fucking much
>>40426389
JUst stop drinkimg
Seriously, I quit drinking a month ago and I have cut my BF % and gained muscle without changing anything else.
Alcohol is for losers that dont have control over their shit.
How often do real girls brap?
more times in a day than you've spoken to one in your whole life
>>40426241
I talk to my mom at least 3 times a day
They don't. If you hear a girl fart, then I have some news for you but "she" has a little surprise under there.

Fucked bitches and partied while looked aesthetic as fuck. I'd die at 22 after living that life too.
Arnold is still the most iconic bb of ANY era, he's still what people think of when they think bodybuilder, sorry Ghost of Aziz.
Personally I prefer THE ZEN OF ZANE, but normies recognize Arnie
I think we can all agree on this
1 stays the same then 4,3,2
I prefer strongman over powerlifting.
That being said, I think its sort of weird when people directly compare Bodybuilding these other three categories. They are similar in the sense that you lift weights in order to achieve the goal, but in strongman/powerlifting/weightlifting, the goal is to get big numbers. In bodybuilding, its purely to achieve a specific physique.
>>40425909
They're all different, BB is physique, strongman is strength, PL is technique, and Weightlifting is power production.
Reading up on pubertal gyno
Looks like my best bet is to take Vitamin D supplements and Zinc supplements with maybe some Dim-Plus
Anyone have any experience with this? Does it matter what brand I take and how long would it take to see if it is going to make a difference ?

nice body, source?

No Idea sorry man.
Surgery is your only option. The breast tissue cannot shrink.
It's been a long day for Chad. He's woken up hungover after having a wild orgy with 4 Stacies. They've just left his house and Chad's still sitting in his underwear, thinking about which girl he's going to call over next. Although, due to his superior genetics, his hangover lasts for about 5 mins max before he's at his full physical and mental potential.
He then hears a knock on his door. He gracefully makes his way across the room, being carried by his monster, non-gymcelled quads, as his mandible remains parallel to the floor beneath him, supported by his 90 degree gonial angle.
He opens the door to find the manlet landlord staring at him with his incel bug eyes. The landlord breaks out into an instant sweat due to the severe mog he just suffered. He starts stuttering, telling Chad that he has 10 mins to leave the house, before retreating into his cave to shitpost on /fit/. Chad doesn't give a fuck because of his zero inhibition.
He gets dressed and goes outside. He's feeling hungry and wants to eat some McDonalds along a load of other high calorie, sugary shit. He knows he consumes what he likes, and remains shredded all year round. Because after all, he grew up on a farm drinking raw milk, making him robust and setting him up for life.
It's been 5 minutes and he's already been approached by several HQNP women while mogging every male in the vicinity. One incel attempted to take his picture to post online but Chad sensed this and shot him a piercing gaze, causing him to norwood on the spot.

Is it realistic to go from an untrained level of cardio to doing an 8 minute mile in less than 10 weeks?
If so, is there any thing I can do training wise to facilitate this goal? Other than run a lot.
I'm trying to meet a physical standard for a job.
>>40425089
If you have any willpower you can run an 8 minute mile.
>>40425109
Let's assume that I don't.
Untrained norps go from 21 minute miles to 6 minutes in 10 weeks of bct
