With fruits you get all of the fiber, vitamins and minerals and they're more satiating.

The more you process a food you lose fiber and some of the vitamins and minerals.

I know /fit/ likes to joke about how manlets have absolutely no chance with woman but from observing a particular manlet at my gym I think you guys might be taking the meme a little too seriously. This guy is probably 5' 7" tops at least a head shorter than me and probably 190 pounds of pretty solid muscle, has an alright face and decent lifts. This dude talks to literally every good looking girl that is a regular at the gym under the age of 35 and they seem pretty receptive. They don't shoo him away, they smile and make small talk and laugh. Idk if he is playing off their jealousy or if woman really just love attention that much not gonna lie mirin the guys confidence and ability to approach and engage. Today he was training with a thicc qt and as soon as they were done lifting he was on to another /fit/ qt chatting her up before the other one had even left. Do you think they just love the attention and then get to the locker room and call him a creep? Or is this dude just smashing despite his manletude?

Its a wonderful 35 degrees out tonight and I just finished my run. It was basically me and some other random runner on the local track today. It was completely EMPTY. Just me and this other person....Have I become that crazy runner guy? Everyone was literally in artic gear and I was just walking around with a fleece.

Anyone bulking on a budget? What are your tips? I'm trying to see if I can gain weight on 100 bucks a month. I'm a turbo-manlet though, so I only need 3000 Calories to gain weight. What are some recipes you guys like?

I'm a big fan of making chilli. You can buy a bag of beans on sale and it'll last you the whole month if not longer. Throw in veggies and cheap meats and you got yourself a pretty decent meal.

Question for heavy benchers.

What do your warm-up sets look like? I'm starting to get into heavier bench (current max is 255) and I'm wondering if doing too many build-up sets is hurting my chances at benching heavier. For a while it was 135 - 185 - 225 - 235 - 245, but now it kinda fucks up my 3 heavy set main workout routine. I still want to keep 225 in there as a staple but should I skip it and just go 135 - 185 - 235 (or 245, 255, etc once I start going higher)?
