Why do workouts sometimes feel amazing and othertimes not?
Every now and then I'll just feel euphoric during my usual session, and post workout is identical to post sex. It happens maybe once a month and I do the same exact lifts as always but I just feel warm and fluttery with every rep feeling like bliss.
What are you doing before the lifts? Have you been getting good sleep, eating correctly, staying stress free?

Go for a walk. I lived in a Small village and never knew more than my way to the bus stop and the grocery store. It's actually a really nice village with lots of beautiful spots. Even found out a mate of mine lives like 2 blocks from where I used to live. Go out and explore shit.
Ideally, doing productive things. Playing a music instrument, reading books, working out, hell even basic shit like talking to friends is better than staying on this site.
How many of you just talk to strangers/other people when outdoors? I've noticed some people are very comfortable with just a light chat, what is this really about and is it important?

For me it's really easy to hold a conversation, but rather hard to start one, except for when I actually just want a small simple thing from them like "How do I do *insert thing*" or "Would you kindly suck my nuts" or something..

I finally realized how awful smith machine is and glad I moved on. I was like you that I was afraid to lift without a spotter. Just use less weight that you know you can handle and work from there.
