Came here to say this except we use baking parchment. Literally clean-up consists of wadding up the paper and trashing it.
Personally, I let the bacon cooldown on the sheet for a bit so some of liquid grease, that would otherwise be trashed, solidifies so I get more of that delicious fat stuck to my perfectly cooked bacon

Currently on week 3 of 5x5 and I am on a Sunday/Tuesday/Thursday rotation. Today is supposed to be rest, and I resume with workout A tomorrow. I am wondering what I can do in the gym today since I feel like going. Maybe some cardio? Or pic related? Working towards ottermode, and I plan on moving away from 5x5 after two months of strength building.

how do people that train for size get motivated?
I started going to the gym in September, my muscles have barely increased in size and no noticeable difference is there to be honest. My lifts however, yes. I could barely do 30kg deadlifts when I started and now I can pull off 100 kg for 5 reps without a problem.
I, too, started training for size, I thought I'd get those muscles and look good pretty soon. But this was not and is not happening. It will take ages. Strength however? Oh my God, without seeing my lifts go up week by week (this started really happening when I began SS 1 month ago), I would have given up a couple of months after beginning.
So yeah my question is, how do people get motivated when their entire reason is size and nothing else? Doing all those high volume machine exercises seems so boring as fuck, just seeing someone doing anything but barbel exercises makes me want to vomit out of boredom.
because if you are not natty they get the same muscle progress and a natty noob gets in strength gains. but specifically lifting for it as a natty? enjoy your 5+ year grind that will end in disappointment.

Hey guys i'm getting pretty confident in how i look to the point where i feel like me being self conscious is no longer the limiting factor that it used to be.
Now however, I find myself at a severe lack of the ability to talk to people.
I've heard that a generally good way to make conversation is to talk about that other persons interests but I'm not sure how to go about that, if i talk to someone about their interests should i just talk about it with them and keep asking questions for as long as I can? I feel like if i ask a girl what she likes to do and she says "cooking" I try to engage her with talking but after maybe 3 minutes I feel like I should change the subject.
Am I right about this or should I stop being so selfconscious and keep on talking about any interest I can find of hers?
Any other advice would be great, I'm literally starting at the bar w/ no weights when it comes to having conversations and trying to be social.

I'm male and 18.
6ft 1, weigh 74kg, am skinny/athletic.
On average I probably get about 7 hours of sleep a day.
I eat relatively healthily, I avoid most sweet stuff but snack from time to time.
I get a fair amount of exercise swimming once a week and maybe running twice.
I'm at school atm coming up to some exams and because of my tiredness I've been struggling to revise.
