I'm 31 and I've never had skin problems. Now I've been drinking whey once a day for about two years and I have skin rash. The doctor said that my skin has a tendency to neurodermatitis, but I've never had that before. I'll try to substitute the whey with plant protein such as hemp protein, but I'm not sure whether it's really the protein. Have you heard of protein causing skin problems (not just acne, because it's definitely not that).

Regardless, if you decide to switch, soy protein (or whatever you want) is fine. I use only soy protein cuz I can get the isolate for dirt cheap. The phytoestrogens in plant protein is NOT a big deal, especially considering dairy products contain cow estrogens too.

I injured my hip but before I could squat 290lb, I want to get back into squatting and have been looking into 20 rep squat program.
I'm not sure how a single set of 20 reps would provide an anabolic state for muscle growth?
