I wanna lose fat, then gain muscle. I really only have a gut some some unimpressive moobs. 5'10, 70kg. Can I do both at once since it's so little or no point?

I've been going to the gym consistently for about 2 years now and motivation has never done anything for me, so I've had to rely on routine/discipline. Sometimes there are days where I drag myself to the gym, get dressed, begin a workout, then quit after 5 minutes and leave.
I don't really regret doing this, but sometimes I'm unsure how to deal keep pushing myself in spite of total apathy and lack of motivation. Anyone else experience this?

Well you don't really weigh that much for your height, so your problem is a lack of muscle and possibly loose skin. You should probably eat at maintenance or a small deficit and lift.
