I've been to Australia last week and I had the occasion to eat kangaroo. These fuckers taste better than I expected. Like thicker beef.

On a side note, Australian people eat so much meat ! No wonder australians are either /fit/ or /fat/. I've been mirrin' on few occasions but also been impressed by the number of bellies bursting out the pants.

Well /fit/ I finally fuckin did it. I was one of those people that had a pf membership just to feel good by working out and beine fat as fatass.

After lurking here a few months and reading the fph threads I fukin manned up and got a membership to a real fuckin gym. Started SS to get used to compound movements and not machines.

Been 2 weeks hitting 3 times a week. I know I'll probably never make it to Chad mode, but I hope anyone reading this that's lurking will get off their fat fuckin asses and do what I did.

First off, thanks for answering, ive been asking for some guidance for almost 2 weeks now with no answers.

Also, I read the sticky, created a meal plan based on 4 meals per day, and have calculated:

I have been working out a shit ton lately. I went from doing high rep calisthenics and a shit ton of cardio to do low rep calisthenics for mass/strength. I did a full body workout today, and jogging to the park I felt great, but once I actually started working out I felt sluggish, no motivation whatsoever. I even felt like I was going to pass out on my last few sets of pistol squats. I couldn't even force myself to jog home, and when I got inside I felt hungover. After drinking a protein shake I almost threw up in the kitchen, and I didn't even think of trying to have that post workout fap. Now, all through the day, I started coughing, even though I can breathe through my nose easily, I feel like I have old snot in the back of my throat. I have coughed so much my abs hurt a shit ton, and I also began to feel really cold despite my house being 72 degrees. Even when I bundled up under two blankets my feet still felt cold after 30 minutes. All I've really done after my workout is read, stretch, eat, and watch some tv once adult swim came on. What is going on lads? It feels like a more benign but longer lasting bonk after a long run, like a fresh hangover. Is this over training?

Hey, I never posted on /fit/ before. I'm around 130 lbs and 5"11. All I've been doing for the past five is laying down in my room, My body is very thin and my arms/legs jiggle. How can I solve this? I was thinking about getting up early and running everyday.
Also my diet is shit. I'm either eating poorly or skipping meals entirely.

There's a guy at my gym

5'6 - 74kg (163lbs) and he is so fucking lean, like <8% bodyfat. He has insane muscle separation, muscle fullness, he just looks hard as fuck. The guy sticks out like a sore thumb compared to everyone else in the gym.

He does a body-part split as well...7 days a week.

He isn't natty is he?

I have friends who do no physical activity at all and they all have more stamina than I do when it comes to running. I can run for about 2 min at a ~9 min mile pace and then am wiped out, sweating and out of breath.

I lift 3.5/3/2/1 after a few years and Im happy with that but my mile time is literally 12 min with me out of breath and shins that feel are about to explode. Im pretty sure I was a better runner before I lifted.

Is it possible that my increased muscle mass has affected my running abilities? Will I end up dead in a sauna surrounded by boi pussi like Zyzz? Any tips on being a better running stamina wise besides "run farther, run faster"?

Basically on NYE I decided to finally quit smoking. About 1 week ago I decided to get into shape and start running. I know I really should be taking it slow but I have not been doing that. On day one I could barley even get around once..last forward to today (about one week later) and I just completed my first mile in around 9 minutes. Am I gunnna make it /fit/
