>2009+5
>not wearing your lifting fedora backwards
>>40856588

>lifting to impress women

He could be an inspiration if it wasnt so pathetic
So I got an internship at pic related this summer. This means access to great gyms and unlimited food from 5 star cooks. I plan on gaining 20 pounds over this summer by aiming for 4k calories and working out 5 days a week. What work out plan should I use /fit/?
I have three months of unlimited food and gym time and don't want to waste it.
nice my nigger make sure you got tons of contacts while youre there
Destroy it from the inside OP
Since I'm still at a beginner lifting level I want to do low rep for strength and high rep for the looks. With a great diet I want do possibly a PPL with lots of accessories?
Are sweet potatoes approved by /fit/ ? I can curb all junk snacks by eating one but am I playing myself?
>>40853125
I eat them when cutting, works pretty well for me
One of the healthiest foods you can eat, bub
They're a fine carb source. Even better than a white potato. As far as vegetables go, sweet potatoes and broccoli with lemon are go-to dishes.
Who /collegedropout/ here
Why did it happen? Did you bounce back and if so, how? Any regrets? Anything you wish you could have told a younger version of yourself. Was it the catalyst that started your lifting career?
>>40852663
I was studying architecture and living like dog shit in a apartment building full of prostitutes, poor elders and such after my family got into financial difficulties. After a year into course I got depressed and a six months later I've dropped out and moved back home. There I started working on some jobs such as on grass farm, web dev and photographer. Last year I've got back into uni at age 23y, this time on med school. I've started lifting a few months prior to that.
>>40852663
holy FUCK your pic is /comfy/
>>40852818
To me the pic makes me think of getting up nice and early to go cuck myself at my shit job

>>40852639

even if i started counting calories now it would take like 2 years before id look normal so whats the point?
ANy other /fit/ people here been in my position/want to offer advice I could use it
400 is a point where your quality of life is severely impaired. Just lose 50 pounds, and everyday life will be much better. 150 will feel like a brand new body. And the best part is losing weight will be easy for you. 3000 calories a day and weight will just fall off.
All of your arguments are true, however after two weeks of consistent effort you'll notice changes, and you'll feel better.
Doesn't matter how slow you go, you're still miles ahead of the guy sitting on the couch.

That is bullshit
I do intermittent fasting, it helps me control my cravings and appetite making it easier to stick to a diet. But I haven't noticed any other difference. Granted, it is used to treat diabetes, so it has some effects on body chemistry, but i havent turned into lance armstrong.
