Why is it that weightlifting, powerlifting, crossfit, bodybuilding etc. is more prevalent among the blue collar/service types, while cardio: 5ks, ironman, triathlons, rowing, etc. are popular among white collar types? (doctors, lawyers, corporate manager types)
This is from my experiences training in hardcore gyms, while spending the rest of my day with the white-collar types, and from general observations of the fitness community.

Body fat scanner things, accurate?
Finished up leg day today, trainer dude waived me over and wanted to set up a session or something. Talked about how they'd go over bodyfat and would have some routine, I didn't care but would humor him. Asked if we could do the body fat thing now since I was curious. it came back with 27.2% (I'm 6'3 270lbs).
I usually just use measuring tape and take the average of a few different online calcs as a ballpark. Wondering if I should buy one of these things...

Guys, i'm a pathetic neet virgin and i just started going to gym two weeks ago, after reading /fit/ for some time, and immediately the worst fucking thing happened.
So immediately as i walked into a gym this fucking guy came up to me and went all "huh, you're new here?", and he actually helped me to start lifting properly. The next day i come he once again comes over to give advice. Ok. Next week he fucking comes over after i finish training and goes "so how's your muscles, do they hurt? i can give you a massage for better circulation, etc", what the fuck. This fucking guy is hitting on me. So i go "no, no, it's ok i'm fine" and he kinda leaves me alone for two days.
Now, today i come to gym, train, go to take a shower and this fucking guy walks by and slaps my ass. I think i'm about to get raped and immediately leg it.
What do i do, /fit/? I want to keep exercising, i want to get fit and finally get gf, but i don't wanna get raped in the process. And i don't even look like a twink, i'm just you average guy.

Brah, try coming over to Switzerland. Commercial gyms with squat rack range from 1000-1500 bucks per year. Currently visiting a crossfit 24 hour gym that doesn't have any machines, just barbells, bumper plates, kettle bells, resistance bands pullup bars, racks and that sort of shit. Costs 800 a year.
No space for a home gym right now but as soon as I'm moving I'll get one. It takes about 2000 bucks, so in just 2 years it's already less expensive than a gym membership here.
Just get a rack, barbell, bench, weights and other small shit and make a home gym.

There's something I've been curious about for a while: Is it possible to come up with a decent or even an actually good bodybuilding diet plan using only food you can get from McDonald's? I specify bodybuilding because it seems like powerlifters just eat everything and get fat looking (which is fine for their sport I guess, but not the point of this thread).
I would think it would be extremely difficult, but I also know they have other things besides cheeseburgers and coca-cola on their menu. So far the only thing I can really think of is getting a black coffee for mornings/preworkout. I was going to say salads may be a good route to go too, but I don't know what they do to the salads there, since it's McDonald's and they probably have a way to make salad unhealthy.
tl;dr: How much of a challenge would it be to make a proper bulking and cutting diet consisting of only things you can get from McDonald's?

What would happen if someone with no gym experience started a test E cycle?
I'm 25yr old, 6'4", and 72kg (158 pound) and planning to jump onto a test E cycle.
Pic related is the only picture i have found of someone jumping straight onto roids. The backstory i have found states that he was anorexic and jumped straight on tren and only did calisthenics and didn't eat enough.
Assuming i stuck to a good routine and a better diet, what would the outcome be like?

How many bananas a day is max? Trying to be lean and fit, no bulking. I eat a banana with oats when i wake up. Then a couple hours later and oats & banana. Half hour later i hit the weights. Midway thru i'm exhausted and have another banana, that's a third one. And afterwards i have at least two more bananas. Every day at least five bananas. Is all that sugar the reason why i am not getting rid of my waist fat? Otherwise i am on a strict healthy diet and completely avoid any junk food.
