in all honesty, except not having the possibility to hit on every bitch out there, so far, I have seen a lot of disadvantages tall people have

During my semester abroad in China, I even noticed almost every taller person complaining about being too tall all the fucking time due to the metro being made for relatively short people

Former skinnyfat that cut way too hard and ditched the fat, hence becoming "skinny"
Stats:
5'9, 122lbs
I'm tired of this. Scooby said I should start out with 1900 calories, so I'm doing that.
With that in mind, I'm going to experiment with 1900 calories and up it if I'm not gaining weight. But I don't want to gain empty weight. I want to gain quality weight, a.k.a muscle. So limiting fat gain on a bulkk is essentially lean bulking.
Here's my list of foods. ITT we add our own "foods" that we think no one knows about (I never knew about Dal until some anon talked about it)

Protein:
>Chicken
>Milk
>Eggs
>Greek Yogurt
>Cottage Cheese

Carbohydrates:
>Brown Rice
>Quinoa
>Sweet Potatoes
>Vegetables
>Whole Grain Bread (???)

Fats (how much fat should I eat tho?)

>Avocados

What would happen if I replaced every meal with a protein shake? Each shake I consume is around 300 calories. 5 shakes a day whenever I am hungry would be 1500 calories. Is this a good cut method?

Just finished school about a month ago with a degree in electrical engineering. Used to be really into lifting 3 years ago but gave up when school got more difficult. Actually had reached 1/2/3/4 and lifting was one of the few things that made me happy.

Declined a job bc it would be 90% travel and I want to fucking lift and get into a routine. Now I can't find anyone who will give my resume a second look. Feels bad, but I fucking love the gym

Been lifting for 9 months, gained 20kg bodyweight from 70 to 90. I'm 189cm.
Been doing it consistently except for these past 2-3 weeks. Recently got a gf which is taking up some time
Going into army in 3 weeks, been prepping with cardio. But I've been slacking.. feels bad but I'm positive I can make it

Lifting was the best choice I ever made. That and quit drugs and porn. 1 year after that I aquired a cute gf who wants to move to the countryside and have many children. Thanks /fit/
