Brass knuckles are banned and knives have strict regulations based on where you live. Although a good alternative might be to buy some plastic knuckle guards. You can buy them for 2 or 3 fingers and they're technically not brass knuckles so you shouldn't get in big trouble for carrying them.

i think the hardest manual labor job i had in my life was at a tire factory. they had any size tire from car, trucks, tractor trailer tires, monster truck tires, and fucking solid forklift wheels.
all had to be organized or transferred by hand to another trailer. it was a lot of lifting and bending and throwing. also, cutting the rubber from the rims and stacking heavy rims on a skid, but the monster truck tires and the forklift wheels where the heaviest.
would honestly go back there because it kept me in decent condition, but the pay wasn't worth it. kinda blew.
