How many bananas a day is max? Trying to be lean and fit, no bulking. I eat a banana with oats when i wake up. Then a couple hours later and oats & banana. Half hour later i hit the weights. Midway thru i'm exhausted and have another banana, that's a third one. And afterwards i have at least two more bananas. Every day at least five bananas. Is all that sugar the reason why i am not getting rid of my waist fat? Otherwise i am on a strict healthy diet and completely avoid any junk food.

I eat an unreasonable amount of sodium, so potassium helps keep that in check a bit. Daily banana for breakfast. That's it.
On training days i eat 6 bananas, 2 before 4 after the workout

I don't have an answer for you anon, but I do something similar. Oats with only banana as sweetener in morning, and then banana as sweetener in my post workout smoothie. I love them and they're my main fruit/sugar intake. I'm bulking and gaining muscle though, so I'm not as concerned about their sugar content desu
