I make cottage cheese.
Pour it all in a pot. Gently boil it with a tbsp of acid per 2 litres. Lemon juice, vinegar or whatever. It will curdle. The lumps are the cottage cheese, which you catch and sqweeze dry in a cheesecloth (or a clean tea towel). Yellowish liquid is whey, which is good for extra protons. I still haven't figured how to make liquid whey palatable.
