How do I make venison burger without adding in other animal fats? I have big hunk of ground venison and want burger but apparently venison's fat content is insufficient for proper burger.

Hey /ck/ I am craving a steak, ate nothing but deli meat sandwiches for the last week, but I do not have a grill or a stove to cook it in. Is it possible to cook a 3.5 oz steak in a toaster oven? If so, how could I prevent excessive smoking (the fire alarm is really sensitive and I'm autistic so the beeping gives me a panic attack)? Could I also do it in a microwave? I don't care much for the loss of flavor because I season like a motherfucker. Any help?

I love canned sardines and salmon - cheap and really convenient. I don't know whether it's healthy, though. I mean about BPA and all that

Look at the ingredients list before you buy. There shouldn't be much in there. The first two ingredients should be whatever fish it is and water or salt. Any chemicals/preservatives dont buy it.

I buy canned tuna and salmon frequently just to snack on, and occasional patties. Before eating it I usually rinse it out through a strainer. Get all that sodium off. Add water sauces/seasonings you want after. Perfectly safe.
