P.S: Whenever BWW has the $0.85 wings or boneless wings, go with the boneless wings. I know, they're not "wings" at all but just glorified nuggets, but they're actually about two to three times the size of a typical nugget. You get much more meat than a wing, leaner white meat because it's usually breast meat, and more mass overall, for the same price, plus you can just get them super saucy and eat them with a fork and not have to worry about bones or messy hands.

No it isn't, you fucking cocksucking dipshit. The bubbles are water from the fish/batter evaporating from the oil's heat. If you were boiling oil, your house would, at best, be filled with noxious smoke. More likely, you'd have set it on fire.

It's done when the bubbles start slowing down. When deep frying, the hot oil creates steam from the water in the food. This creates a little pocket of water vapor around the food. As long as the steam is escaping, very little oil gets in. When all the water is gone, oil rushes in and makes it greasy.
