I am trying to cut out meat from my diet, because I just kind of want to. The problem is, I run 10k everyday and need a lot of calories. I have rice, beans, milk/eggs, and Hormel vegetarian chili, along with bagels and different bread. I get a small salad at school but fill it up as much as I can, so my leafy greens are covered. Any high calories stuff I can make cheaply, preferably with stuff I already have?

Homemade granola is where it's at. There are a bunch of recipes that are all super cheap. Healthy+cheap+high calorie
I ate so much granola in college when I was vegetarian and working out constantly
Aside from that, depending on where you are, farmers markets can be great. I used to volunteer a couple hours a week on a local co-op farm and get something like 70% off of the produce at the associated co-op store
