I am a full stack web developer, I am looking to start a web design company. I have found a web designer to partner up with on a 50/50 basis. If anyone has any experience and tips they can give me that would be awesome.
I was basically going to put a bit into adsense + facebook ads, start cold calling buisiness from yellow pages and try and pitch them.
I have a few questions.

How credible/valid is the Index of Economic Freedom? Is the way its being measured even remotely accurate to fit the proper definition of the measurement?

Keep in mind Canada's economy is only very slightly more free than the USA's. The Heritage foundation ranks it at 78.0 compared to Americas 75.4. Historically the US was more free but has lowered during the Obama administration while Canada has steadily gotten freer over time, surpassing the US in 2010.

I got an interview with a venture consulting company on monday for a finance analyst assistant position.
Thing is-- I'm in sales and dont know shit about finance analyzing or equity research. I dont even know how I got the interview. They viewed my linkedin before they offered an interview. I mean I applied, and they said they liked my answers to their questions, but still, I have no background in finance at all.

Interviews for finance jobs usually have some conversation at the beginning then they start having you estimate certain things given certain information. A common one is to estimate a LBO given basic financial statement info. or to estimate WACC given minimum info. They'll see that you're full of shit really quickly and it'll look bad on you.

You don't need a degree to program. There's no special license or certification you need that requires a degree to take the test like accounting or medicine or teaching. Computer science is a meme. You can teach any competent person how to code in a few months. Big companies would rather hire normal human beings how to code than somebody autistic enough to complete a computer science degree.

This may sound ridiculous, but I swear I'm not baiting. What's the best way to commercialize a meme that you created? I have this really cool meme (I'm not gonna post it, I want to sell it) that I'd like to post somewhere. Would there be a good way to profit off of it? Without going into detail, the meme is a visual political joke (Like pic related, except the test is only four words). So far, I've come up with a few ways to sell this, each with their pros and cons:
1) Sell t-shirts with the joke in the front.
Pros:

Cons:

What's going to happen to us?
In my country over two million and a half people between the age of 19-25 are NEET,
almost half of us don't even have an highschool degree.
Then there's those people that are going to get out of university only to find themselves in dead job market with an overskilled CV.
Last year I signed up for a project that was trying to push these people into the job market by finding them an apprenticeship;
didn't get called, and when I inquired they said they tried a couple of times but couldn't reach me, after that they stopped answering.
The project was for people between 19-24 years old, I turned 25 a few months ago.
I saw they reopened admission a few minutes ago while I was writing this,
but the Dob available went from 1993 to 1999, I'm 1991.
Also I saw that to be elegible for the project you must not be under another project (european based, Youth Warranty)
wich I adhered to a month ago hoping to get some help.
(had to sign up to THREE different organization websites, wich 3 out of 5 times didn't work properly
just to find out that despise being backed by the government it's almost a scam, people not being payed etc. etc.)
I couldn't manage to revoke my partecipation to the youth warranty project because the page keeps 404ing,
but I'm praying they'll take me anyway in the other project since it's more trustworthy (despite being from an ONG).
Sorry for the TL:DR
