My local petco is terrible for getting aquarium decorations. They had no foreground plants or driftwood. My new tank is going to be more difficult to set up than I thought.

Is there a safe way to dye my cat's hair?
A few weeks ago he attacked a three year old girl and animal control was called. They said if it happens again I need to put him down. I need to disguise my cat in case he goes after someone else.
The other option was of this happened again I would hide him, find another cat that looks similar and have it put down instead.
