These yellow animals are popping up in my isopod enclosures, but what are they?
at first I thought they were a species of springtail, but then I noticed wingbuds.

They clearly have a hemimetabolic life cycle, and apparently eat dead leafes, as I always see them munching on the dead hardwood leafes.

does anyone have an idea what these little, yellow insects are?

Help me help this cat whenever it rains I can hear a cat crying in my window and I try to look for it but I can never find it please if you live in the Winnetka area and can hear a cat crying on rainy nights please help it I go out at night with a flashlight hoping to find it in my backyard but no luck.

How can I teach my dog to be less submissive?

He never has his tail up except when I walk him, in the house it's always cradling his rear (though not fully withdrawn, thank god). He'll lick me incessantly when I'm on the computer, from my thighs to the bottom of my shoes. He's a generally very timid little guy and I want a dog I can box with and play around with like my Rottweilers back home, but as soon as I start giving him any force he goes belly-up

He grew up in my grandma's house where her style of raising him was the tried-and-true "scream shrilly and smack the shit out of him whenever he pooped-peed in the house"

for people with two dogs, do you walk them at the same time? i have a border collie and my family might get a chihuahua. walking two dogs at once sounds kinda annoying especially if the dogs are different sizes.

Hello if anyone lives in Salisbury, NC, there is a kill shelter with kitties in need... As soon as they are added they have 2 weeks or they are put down. Apparently they are treated rather badly too. If anyone lives near and can adopt some cats in need. These two have until tomorrow. Just trying to spread awareness for some animals in need. The shelter is called: Rowan County Animal Shelter

Hi guys this is usually where I come to cheer myself up. And I really need it tonight
>friend has always had a rough family life
>mum is a raging violent alcoholic
>dad is disabled
>brother is disabled
>constant family fights
>finally one day my friend decides to look after a dog from the rescue shelter
>family get dog, pic related
>the family fawn over it and forget about their troubles for a couple weeks
>the mum slowly comes off alcohol as the dog forces her to get up in the morning
>dog gets the family to work together in looking after it
>less fights
>less shouting
>friend seems so much happier and everything keeps getting better
Until now
>Podge developed a limp
>they take him to the vet
>growth on bone
It's cancer. The mum has taken it really hard and depression and alcoholism have come back. They can't afford the treatment for it cause they're really poor.
I feel so fucking bad /an/
They've set up a go fund me page but I don't wanna get in trouble for spam or seem like I'm begging for money so I won't post it unless someeone asks. What do I do guys?

Hello /an/ I bring a question. My dog (no specific race, a street dog) eats my cats' food. I ask of you, is said food good enough for her? Can I simply buy the same food for both dog and cats and be done with their feeding?

This is the ingredient list:

Is this food safe for dogs? Any specific nutrient is not included in this food that my dog might need?
