I have just bought this laptop, second hand but never been used for 460.

I'm 23 years old but at that point I'm fairly sure I will never get a boyfriend and have a relationship. I'm traveling a long distance to see my girlfriend on New Years at her home town. The thing that they do there is everyone does fancy dress. I've never liked dressing up but she invited me so I said ok. It's turned out that two of her friends are pretending to get married, so that's the theme.
Soo I went out and bought a suit. Apparently that doesn't count as fancy dress and she wants me to wear a dress. I've said I'm not comfortable doing that but she wont let it go.
She said If I don't dress up I'm not invited. I already have the train tickets but I'm considering not going now, I don't want to spend 5 hours traveling just to have an argument with her.

I let a friend of 11 years move into my house. I own the house, she was going through a break up and she needed a place to move in other than her parent's home.
Long story short, she's a nightmare. She doesn't do dishes (won't even put dirty dishes in the dishwasher and won't put clean dishes away), won't buy her own shampoo or toothpaste so she uses mine, won't pitch in for essentials like toilet paper or trash bags or dishwasher liquid, and worst of all, she doesn't think she needs to pay me rent.
How do I kick her out? She originally said she was going to stay for a couple months, and now she's unpacking her boxes. I've known the girl for more than a decade and I would have never known she's like this. I want her out but I want to be cordial.
