Foreclosures sound nice but you generally need to have the money up front. It's not something you can really finance. In most cases st least. It might be different where you are though. But a good agent can help with questions like that. And it doesn't cost anything to use an agent anyway. They'll be paid a commission front the purchase price once you buy something. It depends on the job, the pay, and how much gas your car uses. It might not be worth it. But that being said, alot of people have been longer commutes. Mine is 45 minutes. Even longer if I use pubic transportation.

there are some things to keep in mind. like hwo some people simply arent planners. all their lives tehy get invite dto do stuff, so they just wait to get invited again. i have a friend like that. if i dont reach out, we dont hang out.

and its not taht were not close, cuz im his best friend of three years, the guy he wants to meet his girlfriend to give the 'okay' on her and the person he calls as soon as he loses his job, or gets a job, or is just bored.

its frustrating and we talked it out and he just doesnt plan well. he likes me and his gf cuz we both just manage him for him.

but in other cases, people really just dont like you. i had another friend of two years who woudl only ever invite me to group sitautions. i thought we'd bonded but he is a very surface person. he foudn out about my brain damage and stopped checking in. then acts surprised we dont hang out anymore when he didnt bother to send a 'are you feeling any better?' after four months.
