I am trying to woo this girl I know, but she plays really weird video games that I don't understand and she is completely uninterested in the games I play so I don't know how to strike conversation with her, she avoids politics, and doesn't give much information at all when I talk to her. She avoids talking about herself, and will just try to get me to tell her things about me.
What do?
>>18294117
Well, if she doesn't want to talk to you about herself that is pretty much the end of it really. Maybe you can wear her down through boredom?
>>18294121
I can never catch her bored, shes ALWAYS playing something or drawing something. I don't know how to wear her down.
>>18294117
>she plays really weird video games
Like what?
If she's always asking you questions to find out about you then that's a good sign, at least she seems interested. Perhaps offer her an information trade - if you tell her something about you, then she has to tell you something about her.
Hey /adv/, here's the predicament I'm in:
One of my really close friends just broke up with his girlfriend. I don't particularly know why but I know he was the one to cut things off. So, last night she started chatting me up. We small talked for a bit and then she asked if I want to come over her house tonight. I'm not sure if it will even lead to anything serious but it's a big possibility. So, should I go for it and possibly lose a good friendship /adv/? Could I just keep it secret if it ends up that way? Should I tell him first? She's really chill btw and I have some feelings for her.
>>18294103
Well how much do you value your friendship with him ? If you don't care, do it.
But if you care, tell him before hand, it won't turn out ok tout keep it secret , ans you know it
>>18294103
At the end of the day, it's your life and you have to look out for you. He broke up with her, she's looking for comfort. Hang out with her and take it as far as it feels comfortable. If you're going for something more rather than just sex, reject her advances gently and tell her you think she should be in a better place before she makes a decision like that.
>So, should I go for it and possibly lose a good friendship /adv/?
No. How is that even a question? She's either going to complain at you about her failed relationship or she's trying to get back at him by fucking his close friend. If you're that desperate to get your dick wet get an escort. Because that's the most you'll achieve there, you won't start a beautiful relationship with that girl or anything like that.
every woman I ever meet are bitchy, demanding, overly dramatic, manipulative, entitled and just all around shitty. I have dated so many women, and this is a thread among them all and I'm really getting tired of it and I don't know what to do. Its getting to the point where I just kinda want to stop dating entirely... is that what I need to do? just give up?
Have you considered whether the problem lays with you?
>>18294083
I have, but I am very accommodating, I can be a bit awkward at times, but overall it seems like the women feel a great loss when I break up with them. whether they consider me a living wallet, or a strong emotional crutch.
>>18294082
I don't know you, but everyone I've actually met with this attitude were just shitty people themselves who seemed to be projecting their own faults and insecurities on women they met.
My asshole is hanging outside of my body what do
>>18294068
go to a fucking hospital dumbass
>>18294095
Tried that they told me to put ice on it and sent me home and I haven't been able to sleep the past 24 hours because of the pain. I really wanna poke a hole in it
how can you sit and post this?
I think a woman's company is exploiting people. They want a large amount of money from someone to live on a badly maintained unsafe building site.
Should I tell her?
"is there parking"
"No."
"you've parked" why didn't she walk?
"So that's not a parking space and this isn't a building site and you want varRent from someone to live here?" Good grief.

Tinder help
So i got 6 girls' phone numbers this week from tinder, but there is one in particular i hope to meet. Matched with this girl i went to high school with, who used to be kinda nerdy, but got super sexy. She messaged me first with a smiley face. We talked for a half hour on the app until i asked if she wanted to go out sometime, she said yes. I said cool, text me number and we'll arrange something sometime, and she did immediately. She said "hey it's femanon", i said "what's up cutie". No reply after that.
I call girls from tinder cutie all the time and they never usually mind it. I think she was probably doing stuff since it was Saturday evening. Should i text her again later?
>>18293970
No. If a girl ignores you or otherwise gives you a shit test, you ignore them and lead them to assume you are moving onto another better female. If they like you, their willpower will break and theyll text you within 3 days. If they dont text, they never liked you in the first place and any further effort wouldve been wasted anyways.
Males are built to roam, women are not. Females are meant to keep guessing and feeling unsettled and worried (and thus must prove their worth to feel at ease again). Men are meant to induce these feelings because its our biology and nature to pump our genetics into every vagina we cross - and if we are going to settle for one vagina it better be the best vagina.
Its all evolution strategy.
>>18293986
Normally i'd somewhat agree, but it's tinder and i haven't met her yet. If you sit back and do nothing with tinder girls they'll forget about you faster than the wind changes.
>>18293970
>>18293996
If you were last to message her then let her contact you, its not as if she forgot she has a pending message from you with a question attached to it. If she doesn't respond at all then just move on, but double texting is just cringe worthy. Just put yourself in her shoes and pretend you're the one with the pending message, if you liked the girl you would respond at some point right?
This is a far stretch and I'm not sure if it's even the right place to ask...
How would one go about locating a person they haven't had contact with in 20 years? I've tried google searches and public records. Can't find much or anything current. Social media is probably not an option, seeing as it is unlikely this person would have one.
Anyone with any experience?
if have social media, then that is certainly an option. mutual friends/acquaintances?
social media groups or websites for the school/organisation/etc you may have belonged to? nicknames?
failing the above, the obituaries.
>>18293978
Like I said, he most likely doesn't have any social media accounts. He has been in and out of prison and is a drug addict. I looked up his highscool but didn't find anything current indicating where he may be.
>>18293961
Why?
What's the best paying job a 24 year old going through community college can get? I'm willing to do anything as long as it's legal.
>>18293957
Carpentry. You not only get mad cash, but you would not believe all the easy pussy! I had to turn 2 girls down last night because my dick was cumming dust.
Plumbing. 60k around my area(nc) is a decent bit. I have a friend who's dad is a plumber in Washington and makes 120k.

>Those shills
Someone close the windy, it's getting cold in here.
I'd look into a spot at a coffee shop. It's reliability, comfort, and sociable all at the same time. Perfect for a college student.
I haven't a single person on this planet to talk to.
Posts on 4chan don't fill that void.
I feel like I'm about to explode.
Well if you could talk to a person, what would you say ?
>>18293929
nothing. I don't like anything I have to say.
>>18293927
Hey OP, what do you need to talk about?
I've been feeling that way for a while, a few months ago. If you need someone to talk to, I can be here.
I can't stop crying over her my guys, what can I do to take my mind off things for a while? :(
>>18293902
It sucks, we've all been there. My advice is to just let it all out, put a movie on, go for a walk, reflect and cry about it, allow yourself time to grieve. With the coming weeks and months you will bounce back to 100%. Mark my words.
>>18293902
Thank you man, I'll do what I can. It's just been eating me up the past few weeks :/

What are some good places for first dates? I've been chatting with this girl for about a week now and I feel like I should make a move and ask her out. We're both quite shy, introverted and inexperienced, even though we're both in our mid-twenties.
First date advice? Shy girl advice? Anything is welcome.
>>18293896
The zoo! Or Broadway play, since you won't need to talk that much
>>18293896
A nice vintage bar with good music, not too loud and with dim lightning. Good wine or beer is always a plus when dating a shy person, just to break the ice a bit.
>>18293900
I was thinking the zoo would be a good place yeah. If the weather's nice, we can walk and talk and watch the animals. I wasn't thinking of going to a play or movie though, not on a first date. I'm not very experienced, but even I know that it's better to go somewhere you can actually talk to each other on a first date
I met a guy online. We live 700 km apart. We've been talking for 2 years, met in person 3 times, planning to meet up again this summer.
We had a huge crush on each other from the beginning. We love and care about each other. We always said we don't want a long distance relationship for the very obvious reasons.
On the other hand, we haven't really dated other people since we met. We are definitely romantic sometimes, and I'd feel uncomfortable dating someone else while having this kind of relationship with him. On the other hand, I am not really that interested in others and all my attempts at dating fail because I like him more than anyone else.
When we're in person we are very affectionate, but not sexual - we are very attracted to each other, but we agreed that being sexual in any way would make everything complicated.
Should I ask him to either step things up and start dating or cut contact?
I feel really stuck in a limbo and I can't move on.
>>18293895
Is there any possibilty for you two to start living together? there is no real meaning in ldrs imo, they just limit you of real life experiences
>>18293939
When we're done with school - it will take him 2 more years to finish, and for me it will be a little longer.
So we'd be dating long distance for about 2 years I guess.
>>18293944
Wait, how old are you two?
