Did you just start lifting, and therefore started eating a whole lot more? Try intermittent fasting, or at least splitting your meals into 3 meals a day maximum. I found that eating constantly throughout the day never allowed my digestive system to get a break. Just start eating bigger meals but limit the frequency of them in a day and you'll feel better soon. The whole "6 meals a day" thing is fucking retarded and will give you liquid shits.

Yes. If you're not training to specifically compete in powerlifting or bodybuilding you don't need a highly specialized routine. Mix and match strength and volume training to maximize power AND aesthetics.
It's also good for busting through plateaus and not getting bored in general.

I like to throw in some shoulder accessory work on my other days, make sure you warm up properly. When i train shoulders properly i like to do a mix of high reps and low weight and low reps and heavy weight. Lateral raises are really good for developing shoulder size as well I find.
