I added yogurt to my shitty vanilla isolate protein drink and it has changed the fucking game for me. I never thought cheap powders could ever taste good.

Anyone got some other tips to making the cheap shit taste decent?

Sup /fit/, noob lifter here. Ive been having trouble activating my left pec for any pressing motion. Ive tried doing all kinds of warmups with machines/cables/free weight, but my left rear shoulder muscles seem to take over nearly all the load. My right pec is fine, wat do? Pic. We know that certain muscles create certain desired aesthetics. We also know that we can't devote infinite time and energy to developing every muscle, and therefore need to prioritize.

THE GAME: we have X different muscles/attributes that can be "powered up", but only Y "points" to "spend" on these muscles.

Muscles/Attributes:
- Neck
- Biceps
- Triceps
- Forearm
- Shoulders
- Pecs
- Waist (points reduce size) *** COSTS 2X POINTS (b/c this is so hard to change in RL)
- Glutes
- Thighs
- Calves

Points: you have 500 POINTS to spend across 10 attributes (with waist improvements costing double), where each attribute can be improved up to +100.

I am the gym help me guys im doing seated belt row for the first time i have 60 kg and the weight feels like nothing even after 12 reps

cables machines vary pretty wildly in terms of what they feel like at a certain weight, 60kg on another machine might feel like 90kg on the one you use now

just add weight and make sure you aren't turning the exercise into a cable back extension
