I feel relaxed my nose is less stuffy and I haven't had the urge to beat my meat. I watched some power for like any hour and easily transitioned back into a healthy mental state.

I also have a hard time getting into good form for deadlifts (can't keep back straight without a lot of concentration) not sure if that's related.
