It's not my diet, I eat a lot of tuna/chicken breast/eggs and I don't take in dairy since I'm lactose intolerant.

Did you just start lifting, and therefore started eating a whole lot more? Try intermittent fasting, or at least splitting your meals into 3 meals a day maximum. I found that eating constantly throughout the day never allowed my digestive system to get a break. Just start eating bigger meals but limit the frequency of them in a day and you'll feel better soon. The whole "6 meals a day" thing is fucking retarded and will give you liquid shits.
