How do I make sure I get everything from my shake in the morning? After I blend everything together and pour it out, there's so much crap left over stuck to the sides of the blender that I fill it up with water and drink that, but it sucks ass. Tips?

How do I reduce the size of my legs substantially while losing as little strength as possible?

do you sprint, /fit/?

i'm adding some sprinting/HIIT work to my days off of lifting so my endurance isn't complete shit, but i don't know how to program this stuff without making it too easy on myself

right now i'm doing something like

5 x 40m + 100m jog between each sprint
5 x 40m (no jogging, focus on form)

going to add 1 "rep" each work out until i hit 10x, then i'll increase the distances

anyone have any program/form advice for sprinting?

Let's talk about gym clothes, /fit/.

Gym clothes need to damn near always be washed after every workout, but they, strangely enough, don't make up much of our wardrobes (or at least for a good portion of us). Sure, there are old throwaway t-shirts and poorly fitting shorts you can use if need be, but those will only last you so long. Furthermore, feeling confident in how you look when you go to the gym can make you feel more confident in your lifts. Be that as it may, you don't have to shell out hundreds of dollars on name-brand, state-of-the-art designer workout clothes to attain that feeling of confidence, and even if you dismiss the notion that clothing choice brings confidence and are fine with working out in rags, so be it- but even those get disgusting after long enough.


Now I have a feeling that we're all, for the most part, after much of the same thing when it comes to gym clothing choice:

>comfort
>durability
>decent style

This thread will hopefully help out /fit/izens, like myself, who need to refresh their gym wardrobe a bit but don't go shopping for workout clothes often enough to know where to find the best options.
So what I'm asking you is:

So why are fats so hyped up around here? If I supplement with the omegas then why do I even need to consider them when I'm cutting? Calories in and calories out, right? So why would I want to consume calorie dense food compared to green vegetables and rice?

I'd argue that fiber is more satitating than anything else. Keto is so fucking stupid in that green vegetables have to be eaten in moderation. Fucking green vegetables.
1000 calories of carbohydrates gets you shitloads. 5 cups of cooked rice. 30 servings of green vegetables. 250g Oats. Etc. 1000 calories of fats gets you fuck all in comparison.

Ephedrine is great for cutting, but will JUST your heart up if you take it preworkout. Try taking a caffeinated pre workout and take the ephedrine as soon as you're finished, while the caffeine is still in your system.

Anybody /bike/ here?

Im thinking of getting a bike for a daily commuter. I'd be riding to and from work/school (~20 miles a day). I'm also hoping itll accelerate my cut. Anybody do this or lift/bike in general? Does it affect your strength training substantially? QT Audrey for upboats.

Are you an idiot? Dumping only easily digestible sugar into your system will make cutting very hard.
