I need help /fit.
So a new school year started and I wanted to bulk a bit for the winter.
But I didn't research a proper diet or anything, I'm very uneducated nutrition-wise, I just figured if I ate a lot of protein and balanced it out with some whole grain I'd see greater mass.
I'd have eggs and oatmeal for breakfast, 18g protein shake before lunch, can of tuna for lunch, then workout and have a 30g protein shake post workout, then have 2 cooked chicken breasts for dinner.
This seemed healthy as fuck to me and I kept it up for a week but now I'm pic related.
I think my body can't metabolize the sudden huge boost in protein and I've been shitting a lotta blood for 2 days now.
I calmed way down on protein and started taking B6 vitamins and probiotic. Is that enough? Should I give it some time or immediately see a doctor?

Is it bright red or dark red? Bright red just means you probably took a huge shit that broke your asshole. Dark red mixed in with the shit could be an issue requiring a visit to a gastro.

Does anyone use a planner app on their phone? I was considering getting a diary or small notebook, but that seems like it could be annoying.

I found downloading apps just gets you hyped but has little incentive for you to use it after a few days. At least with a planner the price tag and it being physically there stick with you.

So I'm considering ordering my first test only cycle. I've been giving this a lot of deep thought about this decision and I think I'm ready. I've had a couple of people close to me recently die untimely and it's kind of made me realize our time here is very limited and I want to atleast spend my younger years in peak physical condition. I just want to only run test to get as strong as I possibly can. Does anyone have advice?

Roasted Broccoli and Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

> 3 small bunches of fresh broccoli
> 1 medium sweet potato
> 3 cloves garlic, minced
> olive oil
> salt

Instructions

> Preheat oven to 450
> Wash and dry broccoli and sweet potato thoroughly.
> Cut florets from the stalk and set aside.
> Cut sweet potato into even sized cubes.
> Place broccoli and sweet potatoes into a large bowl and drizzles with olive oil. Just enough to lightly coat.
> Toss to distribute the oil.
> Place broccoli and sweet potatoes on a foil-lined baking sheet in a single layer.
> Sprinkle with minced garlic and salt.
> Baked for 12-14 minutes or until sweet potatoes are tender and broccoli is lightly browned on the tips.
> Sprinkle with more salt if desired.

I have a recent injury around my left scapula and I can't diagnose it no matter how much research I've done. Please help, I know if I see my doc he will send me to an Ortho and idk if my insurance will cover that out of state.

I lift 4-5 days a week and do MMA (mainly Muay Thai/Kickboxing) 3-4 days a week.

Last Wednesday after a particularly long sparring session, I experienced bad muscle pain around my ribs and scapula on my left side. I thought it was from a body kick.

Symptoms:
>Hard to get up from bed in the morning, left arm can't really push behind me (think crab walk)
>Pushing motion isn't bad if lats aren't engaged. Trouble carrying dumbbells
>Sneezing hurts
>Pinching elbows back isnt bad, squeezing elbows down is
>Pain has not been reduced at all since Wednesday and I have only been to the gym once in that period (Chest/light shoulders/tris)

I know this thread is specific as shit but I don't know where else to turn right now. General injury thread I suppose.

I am about to reach 1/2/3/4 for reps by linear progression (+1kg every workout on every lift, micro plates for big gains) probably need like one more month. What do I do next? Do I keep working out for strength or should I just start working out for AESTHETICS?

If I were you I'd focus more around aesthetics while still keeping strength up. But honestly now would be a great time to start sculpting your body and improve whatever is still lacking.
