I am about to reach 1/2/3/4 for reps by linear progression (+1kg every workout on every lift, micro plates for big gains) probably need like one more month. What do I do next? Do I keep working out for strength or should I just start working out for AESTHETICS?

If I were you I'd focus more around aesthetics while still keeping strength up. But honestly now would be a great time to start sculpting your body and improve whatever is still lacking.

Jump on a intermediate routine with weekly strength progress and when that stops then start on your AESTHETICS

If I'd train for aesthetics solely I could squat once a week and my legs would still be big but after a few months my max would be down by like 20kg i'm sure.

I'd certainly get stronger if I trained for aesthetics. I however doubt that the strength gains would be as significant as if I was following a strength oriented program.
