I need help /fit.
So a new school year started and I wanted to bulk a bit for the winter.
But I didn't research a proper diet or anything, I'm very uneducated nutrition-wise, I just figured if I ate a lot of protein and balanced it out with some whole grain I'd see greater mass.
I'd have eggs and oatmeal for breakfast, 18g protein shake before lunch, can of tuna for lunch, then workout and have a 30g protein shake post workout, then have 2 cooked chicken breasts for dinner.
This seemed healthy as fuck to me and I kept it up for a week but now I'm pic related.
I think my body can't metabolize the sudden huge boost in protein and I've been shitting a lotta blood for 2 days now.
I calmed way down on protein and started taking B6 vitamins and probiotic. Is that enough? Should I give it some time or immediately see a doctor?

Is it bright red or dark red? Bright red just means you probably took a huge shit that broke your asshole. Dark red mixed in with the shit could be an issue requiring a visit to a gastro.

It's been bright red, so that's a little bit of a relief.
I've gotten occasional blood when I pooped before, but that's always just been on the wipe. These last two days have shown like, a cup of bright red blood clearly visible in the bowl.
Also it doesn't hurt at all, like I wouldn't have even noticed if I didn't happen to look in the bowl. Still concerned tho
