Okay so I don't frequent this board, I'm 20, female, and I eat like shit. Luckily my mentabolism is fast and I'm skinny but I know as I get older if I don't quit my diet I'll become a land whale or something. So lately I've been eating healthier, I've been replacing my usual fatty foods with fruit and meats. But am I too late? My body looks fine now but have I done enough damage to cause serious issues in the future? Pic unrelated.

Fat isn't bad for you and fruit is less filling which might make you eat more calories. Limit trans and maybe sat fats, that's it.

Like the other anon said you probably haven't done any measurable damage.
Fat doesn't make you fat, calories do.
Eat more cruciferous veggies (spinach, kale, collard greens) along with other non-starch vegetables.
Replace some of your meat dishes with lentils and try to avoid processed meats like bacon.
I am not using processed in the meme sense but in the "they add sodium and nitrates to it and other chemicals proven to fuck your shit up".
Don't be a normie, study how things work so you know what to eat.

hey /fit/,

I have never worked out a day in my life. I was planning on starting gym later this month when I get some money together. So I was very curious to hear your opinions: do you think lifting and working out makes a difference on your facial hair? I for one have a very patchy beard, and it is not as thick and voloumous as other men. So I was interested in knowing if lifting weights made a difference for any of you.

Lifting can increase your testosterone by a marginal, but noticeable, amount, which can improve beard coverage. It's not gonna suddenly turn you into a Werewolf Hungarian though.

That could easily be your natural hormones. It tends to get thicker as you grow older, but in my case it did happen around 20 when I was finally able to grow some hair, but it came out very patchy. And I know other men in their 25s who have the same problem, it is just slightly thicker hair, but then they have never worked out a day in their life.

If I'm 5'9" is calisthenics enough to get me looking like mcgregor? I don't want to get much bigger than that and look like a compensating manlet

People are generally the strongest seven hours after they wake up from a state of deep sleep. But after 12+ hours of fasting I also feel really strong. Might be the test boost idk.

how do I live an interesting and exciting life /fit/? All I do right now is lift and sit in my room in my free time
