Is nutrition the field of science filled with the most myths, bad science, bullshit and bro-science crap ever?

I've been trying to eat healthy, and after watching tons of documentaries, reading tons of blog entries and watching a lot of videos about it (all supposed to be backed by serious scientific research and papers), I don't know what's healthy anymore.

Some say sugar is poison, that cuases many diseases and makes you fat, others say sugar is actually the best kind of fuel for the body, and that all those diseases are actually caused by other kinds of food.

The only things I'm sure about diet is that

>drinking a lot of water is good
>eating a lot of vegetables is good
>a lot of fiber is good too

Can't really say anything much about milk, eggs, meat or sugar. Which ALL seem essential for fitness. (except sugar of course).

Natural sugar is fine in the right amounts. In fact everything in moderation is what is healthy.

There is no agreed about healthy diet because anything can be healthy if it's done in the right way, in the right amount, at the right times, etc. Also each person is different, based on their own tastes, allergies, stomach strength, metabolism, and so on.

The nutrition field is shit because of the difficulty behind the research.

Anyone else here feeling like that they are living an empty life?
this is the routine that I have been doing for the past 7 years (since graduating college at 22)
>wake up
>go to a job that pays an above average income
>superficially interact with coworkers, pretend to not be a hollow shell
>finish work, don't feel drained but don't feel like I have the energy
>lift
>go home and cook dinner+tomorrow's lunch
>maybe read or play vidya for an hour or two
>the last time I went out to do something social was a highschool reunion 2 years ago
>the last text I received was from a coworker asking about something work related 3 months ago
I am just unsure what I am doing wrong. I am able to maintain decent working relationships with my coworkers, yet here I am.

I thought for a long time that what I wanted in life was to achieve something very high in this field and to never give up. I did just that and I stopped hanging out with people and ended up focusing on studying and learning either at work or at home. Eventually things went south and I was being promoted and had to train other people and teach them my skills, that's kind of where I learned that other people who work with me don't really know shit and they don't put in the amount of effort as me. I stopped studying since I was always alone and always studying or working on something from work, I completely gave up on studying for certifications 3 months ago and have spent every day playing video games. Truth be told, I have no friends and this work/life is really painful on the mind since you can be really good at what you do and one day you figure out that other people actually socialize outside of work and you're the guy who never gets invited anywhere.

These days, I want to start studying again and end up getting promoted in the next few months, but for what reason? To climb the ladder again, and to make more than 150k and join the solutions/architect team?

For what reason? I'm single and alone, the other guys are married and spend their time working or sitting at home with their wife

I have nothing anymore, except this career and I used to be so busy and happy I didn't care about being alone. But now, I can only see myself being alone and miserable at this job forever\

the regular lunge hip stretch with a twist and putting arms up will help, sometimes your psoas is actually keeping your hip tight and that helps

90/90 stretch is good for glutes and hips too

lying glute stretch that is common is good too

squat stretches, etc. past a certain point of flexibility its more about activation and strength. really visualize and focus on proper movement and posture, it will do so much more keeping healthy posture throughout day alongside your regular stretching.

Why am I not an elite athlete?

Why aren't you on the level of an elite athlete?

But how about those who have been working out for 5 years?

Elite athletes espescially natural elite athletes can't be at their physical peak for longer then a few months of the year. At best.
The rest of the time they're resting recouping and slowly building a base of athleitic skills and prowess that they can hone for a short period of time when the time is at hand.

You live in a fantasy world if you think being swole as fuck cut and at the peak of and even surpassing normal human limits 24/7/365 is possible or even worth attempting as a natural person.

I've found hte holy grall, the perfect diet which makes you gain muscle and lose fat at the same time.

It's all about the macros.

build muscle retain fat macro: 30P:40C:30F
lose fat retain muscle macro: 50P:20C:30F
build muscle and lose fat golden macro: 33P:33C:33F

Now, instead consuming those macros each day, you should consume them WEAKLY. 7 days a week multiplied by 24 hours results in 168 hours. A week has 168 hours. 168 multiplied by 0.33 results in 55.9. 55.9 hour window where you eat only one macronutrient.

For example, your BMB is 2500kcal, so you add 300 kcals surplus, and from 00:00 of monday until 8AM wednesday (56 hours) you only eat protein. Next 56 hours you onyl eat carbs. and the last 56 hours you only consume fat.
This way your body will maximize the assimilation of each macronutrient, improving it's efficiency.

Pharmacist here. Concentrated vitamin A/retinoic acid is better than antibiotics for acne, and there isn't much to be done about skin type, apart from specific exfoliant gels.
