Over the past 4 days I've been eating about less then 500 cals a day, mainly just protein shakes and some fruit.
I'm 5,8 and my weight was 165
I'm now (4 days later) 155 o_O
I've noticed my jeans aren't as tight on me and overal my stomachs is flatter and so are my man boobs.
Should I be worried

Cutting weight is good, but you have to do it slowly. 1 pound a week, on a 300-500 cal defecit
It honestly started unintentionally, in 19 and have to go to school full time and work full time, and it seems like I don't even have time to eat anymore.
At first I was like oh shit I forgot to eat yesterday, and now I'm trying to see where this "diet" takes me I mean hey no man boobs doesn't sound so bad to me even if it's through an unconventional way. I'll probably stop after a week.
Is there any downside to adding pepper to everything?

Is there a work out or something you can do to make your shoulders narrower? I have pretty wide shoulders, I am dieting. My realistic goal is to have wide shoulders but still remain feminine and petite. Like pic related.

I am a transwoman, I started transitioning 4 months ago. I am taking estrogen, but I still produce testosterone. In case that matters, cause I heard that CIS women cannot get bigger without drugs? But I am not CIS, so I can't follow standard stuff...

So I used Creatinine for 3 months and I've never felt better ... My energy level was off the roof. My lefts all improved.
Then I stopped it 2 weeks ago due to fear of hearing loss and I felt horrible after it. Energy level decreased.
My power high volume low reps lifts weren't affected.
My hypertrophy low volume high reps lifts suffered a lot. I usually do 4x12 with reps in the bank ... Now barely 4x8-12.
I think Creatinine does really increase DHT level by increasing the conversion from testosterone by some way.
I'm a doctor btw. I know how hair loss works. My father has a full set of hair by my mother's is light and her father is bold. I wanna keep my hair till 40s at least.
So, any other experiences with this magic?

I'd like to know if lifting would make me more attractive.
I'm a 23 years old mutt. I've always looked young, but at this point it's becoming much of a hindrance as I can't get women my age, or even younger, because they think I'm 15-16.
I'm skinny (55kg), not very tall (178cm) and got a shitty voice.
I look like a fucking paki, truth be told. I have the typical big eyes, the shit skin, and weirdly frail bone structure.

Lifting can fix all of that and even if it didn't it would do wonders for your self confidence.
Do your research and find a nice PPL (Push, Pull, Leg) routine and start hitting the gym as soon as possible. It will be difficult but I promise as soon as you start seeing results you'll love going.
Most people who browse /fit/ do it because they can't wait until their next day at the gym

Real talk: Lift until you reach a decent ripped/athletic mode, it's achievable natty after 2-3 dedicated years. Paki-genetics make me think you can hide unfavourable jaw/chin with a beard. Also get a better haircut, think long top short sides which is pretty standard, nothing too fancy. Additionally, learn how to dress, but don't go down the /fa/ avant-garde path and rather keep it simple and clean.
