Dietician here. You dont really need honey for this recipie to taste good but if you want use a sugar, use one thats sweeter per/vol. A good example is agave syrup use half tsp instead of 2 tsp honey. Also slow cooking vegetables naturally brings out the sugars. So you really don't need to add any sugar if you dont want to.

I have been banned from my local gym for strapping 10kg bags of rice to myself to do push ups with the rice on my back. It was a cheap way to add heavy and unstable weight to ensure I was getting maximum gains. I am very fat, and so the bag fit nicely there. Sadly, one of the bags split open and rice spilled all over the floor, and I was caught before I could clean the bags of rice (I was doing this at 5am, and the rice took nearly 1 hour to clean and at 6am the gym manager came in and caught me).
How the fuck can I force myself back in? I think this is a bullshit reasomn to be banned, I need to lose weight.
