Wtf I took three pills of Spirulina and now I'm aggressive as fuck. Why the fuck am I so angry, I haven't been this angry in my whole hippie life. I'm 5 foot 11 inches 233 pounds and joining the navy. What exercises should I do to get fit? My recruiter said push ups, sit ups, planks, and mile runs. My problem is I have never exercised in my life.

I do hatha myself.
Good to do a bit as a warmup/cooldown, and really helps keep my low back issues down to 2-3 minutes of stiffness in the morning

Did it at uni for a few weeks, was hella fun, but revealed just how immobile I am (have been working on it since).
I'll definitely rejoin next term and would recommend it to anyone.

I usually add a scoop of protein powder to this because it doesnt affect the taste because the fruit is so powerful

i stopped working out a few years ago because of depression. i started about 13 weeks ago because I just decided i'm probably going to kill myself at some point, most likely soon, but i might as well go for aesthetics while i'm here

i'm one of those self-harm faggots, so i remind myself that if i'm willing to inflict pain upon myself that doesn't really benefit me, i might as well also inflict pain that does benefit me

It's essentially the same as the SS, though power cleans are replaced with barbell rows, and of course, it's a 5x5 set. Does /fit/ like one over the other? Is the 5x5 a meme?

Tried it for a while, but couldn't stay committed. Skipped straight to PPL. Can't speak for the effectiveness of it for noobs but I at least find it more satisfying and therefore more motivating.

Ok, im lifting officialy for one year now. I know its still baby mode, and yes i do look like shit, and my lifts are only 1/2/3/4 for singles (minus dl for 5 reps because thats the lift i focus on, i dont care about squat or bench that much since i have shit leverages for them)
Heres few things/resources that helped me the most. Subjective list with no order.
Some of those videos you need to watch FEW times and apply fixes after each session, and be very critical of your form (especially recommending to use camera and record your lifts) This isnt about how much you lift, its about how well you can progress while not risking injury that can put you out of gym for MONTHS if not permanently.

and my favorite, static holds. This includes pinch grip work, but unlike that what I suggest doesn't need much weight. Take 5lbs and hold it outstreched. It doesn't matter at first if you do it to the side or in front, just that you have that 1rm DL deathgrip the whole time. Eventually move up to doing this with the weight out from the hand like a hammer
