Pharmacist here. Concentrated vitamin A/retinoic acid is better than antibiotics for acne, and there isn't much to be done about skin type, apart from specific exfoliant gels.

Give up all dairy products and see it that works. Anti biotics will fuck up your immune system in the long run.

Bro go to the doc see if he will prescribe doxycycline alongside some external treatment like epiduo. If that doesn't work, see about accutane, although accutane can have some nasty side effects. Do it asap to limit scarring.
