Can someone help me with a serious problem?

Whenever I go to the gym, my penis shrinks to the size of a raisin. Normally, it is actually above-average in size, but for some reason when I am in the gym, it becomes frightened.

Why is this happening to me? It is a problem because I wouldn't mind the hot women constantly around me checking out my bulge when I do bench press for example. Instead, they are probably seeing my apparent micropenis and laughing to themselves.

Is this a psychological problem? Do I subliminally feel threatened by and inferior to the other men in the gym? I am 6'3, 220lbs and good looking, so I shouldn't feel this way.

Please psychoanalyze me and provide me with a solution.

How does one improve their mindset in order to push themselves when they are at their limit?

I recently joined a boxing gym but I keep flatlining on all the warm up drills.

Can only skip for like 1-1.5 mins straight. Then I can keep going but I'll fuck up alot.
>plyometrics close grip/MEd grip and far grip pushups
Will start off strong but after about 10 I'm gassed out and will only be able to do increments of 4 straight after the first 10
>Squats
After about 50 bodyweight squats my thighs and glutes are burning.

Same thing start off strong but like 20 seconds in I'm taking breaks and can't keep on going consecutively

After my workout I'm tired but the next day I have no soreness whatsoever.
The classes are about 1hr and after the class I'm soaked in sweat/ heart rate is through the roof.

I'm currently a fatty that's trying to lose weight and its pretty demotivating man.

Should i began sprinting training ? Or its a waste/too late

the answer to any question relating to competitive sports is going to be no if you're out of your early teens, by the time you've trained for several years you'll already be leaving your physical prime years

brown 1 lb ground beef, with onion and garlic.

add half a jar/full jar of pasta sauce (newman's own, barilla, raoul's, etc.) add 1 tbsp of oregano, some pepper. 1 tbsp of butter, 1 tbsp of flour (to get the sauce thick.) simmer the meat/sauce. add pasta. continue to cook. add cheese if u want.

>542 Cals
>56.9g Protein
>43.3g Carbs
>15.6g Fat

Batter:
>1 can Black Beans (drained, cooked, mashed, about 2 cups)
>2 cup dry Oats (lightly ground)
>1/2 cup cocoa powder
>1/4 cup sweetener (stevia, some zero cal. alternative to sugar)
>1 cup almond milk
>1/2 cup syrup (can be sugar-free)
>2 cup egg-whites
>1 cup chocolate whey protein (about 3.5 scoops)

Frosting/Garnish:
>4 cup greek yogurt (avoid sweetened tubs)
>8 oz. Cream Cheese (softened, can be reduced fat)
>1 cup vanilla casein (about 3.5 scoops)
>3.5 oz dark chocolate (85% or higher)

Directions:
>preheat 320 F
>mix all batter ingredients until smooth
>grease two 9" cake pans and fill each half-way with batter
>bake for 35 minutes
>mix all frosting ingredients (besides the chocolate) until smooth
>use as filling between two cakes and to cover its entirety
>shave chocolate all around the cake
